The Synthesis and Biological Activity of Alkyl 4 - (Nitrophenyl) - 3 - Thio - Allophanate

通过硝基苯胺同烷氧酰基异硫氰酸酯的化合反应以及钛酸丁酯的酯交换反应共合成了9个4-(硝基苯基)-3-硫代脲酸烷基酯类化合物(1～9)。通过各种波谱分析确定了它们的化学结构,并研究了这类物质对农杆菌的抑制作用。

Nine thiourea derivatives of alkyl 4 - (nitrophenyl) - 3 - thio - allophanate(1 - 9)have been synthesized by the reaction of various nitroaniline with alkoxycarbonyl isothiocyanates (Me or Et) and transesterification of methyl or ethyl 4 - (nitrophenyl) - 3 - thio - allophanate(1 -6) with excess Ti' (OBu - n)4.The biological activity of 1 - 9, inhibiting the growth of agrobacterium ,was investigated.
