新复明散(蒙花散)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Xin Fuming Powder for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察新复明散(蒙花散)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为2组。治疗组口服新复明散(蒙花散)治疗;对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。观察治疗后视力、眼底荧光造影、中医证候的改善情况,并进行疗效判定。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组为45.71%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。改善视力疗效治疗组总有效率为73.21%,对照组为40.35%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。血管渗漏、黄斑区水肿、血管无灌注区、微血管瘤、渗血、出血等情况,治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。改善视物昏花、目睛干涩、口干咽燥中医证候疗效,治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:新复明散(蒙花散)治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xin Fuming Powder(mainly composed of Flos Buddlejae)for diahetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:Sixty- five DB.patients were randomized into 2 groups.The treatment group received oral use of Xin Fuming Powder,and the control group received oral use of Calcium Dobesilate Capsules.The improvement of eyesight,fundus fluorescein angiography and syndrome score were observed for the evaluation of therapeutic effect. Resuits:The total effective rate was 76.67%in the treatment group and 45.71%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate for improving eyesight was73.21%in the treatment group and 40.35%in the control group(P<0.05).The relief of vascular leakage,macular edema,vascular non - perfusion area,capillary angioma,oozing of blood and bleeding in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).So did the relief of blurred vision,dry eyes,and dry mouth and throat(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xin Fuming Powder is effective for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
