滋阴化瘀宁胃汤为主治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎46例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ziyin Huayu Ningwei Decoction for the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis:A Report of 46 Cases

目的:观察中药滋阴化瘀宁胃汤结合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将83例CAG患者随机分为2组,对照组37例,采用单纯西药治疗;治疗组46例,在采用对照组西药治疗基础上运用自拟滋阴化瘀宁胃汤治疗。结果:临床治愈率,治疗组为45.7%,对照组为18.9%;临床总有效率,治疗组为91.4%,对照组为62.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:滋阴化瘀宁胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Huayu Ningwei Decoction (ZHND) for the treatment of clronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:Eighty -three CAG patients were randomized into 2 groups:the control group(n = 37) received western medicine,and the treatment group(n =46) received ZHND combining with western medicine.Results:The cure rate was 45.7%in the treatment group and 18.9%in the control group,and the total effective rate was 91.4%in the treatment group and 62.2%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZHND exerts certain effect for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
