摘要 针对煤矸石占用大量的耕地并对矿区生态环境造成污染问题,参照国标,对辽宁省阜新市高德矿排放的煤矸石进行了化学成分、耐久性及有害物质含量、物理力学性质的系统检测。在掌握了各项指标均满足国家集料标准要求的基础上,将煤矸石破碎作粗集料、聚丙烯纤维作增强材料,采用均匀设计安排试验,运用灰色理论中的灰色关联分析考察了聚丙烯纤维对煤矸石混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。试验证明,阜新高德矿煤矸石只要科学分捡,作粗集料与增强材料聚丙烯纤维"复合"可制备出性能优良的混凝土。 For taking lots of farmlands and polluting ecology environment of mineral area, referencing Chinese standard, systematical check for the chemical constitution,durability,harmful substance content,physical and mechanic property of coal gangne was carried in Fuxin.On the basis of satisfying the demand of all the indexes of national aggregate, coal gangne was used as aggregate and polypropylene fiber as reinforced materials,uniform design was used to experiment,and the grey correlation analysis of grey theory was used to analyze the influence of polypropylene fiber to compressive strength and flexile strength of coal gangne concrete.It was concluded that coal gangue in Fuxin can be used as aggregate combining with reinforced materials of polypropylene fiber to produce good property concrete under scientific collecting.
