摘要
研究了低活性超细石粉和钛渣对混凝土力学性能和抗Cl-渗透性的影响。掺加石粉可提高混凝土的强度,尤其是早期强度,3d强度在90MPa以上,7d强度超过了100MPa,其最佳掺量为10%左右。石粉与钛矿渣复掺,置换水泥量能达到40%,水泥用量减少到348kg/m3,28d强度超过了100MPa,仍能达到超高强混凝土的技术水平。混凝土的抗Cl-渗透能力随石粉掺量的增加而降低,随钛渣掺量的增加而提高。
The influences of low active and super-fine limestone and titanium slag on the mechanical properties and Cl^- penetration resistance of concrete were investigated.The strength (especially for early strength) was remarkably improved by adding optimum 10% limestone, and it could reach 90 MPa after 3 days,and 100 MPa after 7 days,respectively.The amount of cement is reduced to 348 kg/m^3 after mixture of limestone and titanium slag was added, and 40% of cement was replaced.lts strength could reaches 100 MPa after 28 days,which is also on the level of high strength.Cl^- penetration resistance is degraded as addition of limestone increases,but the effect is converse for addition of titanium slag.
