摘要
依据国家相关技术规程对青岛地区的预拌混凝土试块进行回弹值、碳化深度值、含水率值和试块抗压强度值测试,共取得1600多组有效数据,依据这些数据,分析了预拌中含水率对回弹测强曲线的影响,并分别建立了包含含水率与不含含水率的回弹测强曲线。对两类回弹测强曲线的回归误差进行了对比分析,结果表明,考虑含水率的回弹测强曲线具有更高的检测精度。利用实际工程中送检试块的检测数据对以上两条回弹测强曲线进行了验证对比,结果验证以上研究结论是正确的。
According to the domestic regulations,rebound values, the deepness of carbonization,the water content and the strength of commercial concrete are derived in Qingdao area.Based on the total more than 1600 groups of efficient test data,the influence of water content on ready-mixed concrete rebound curve are analyzed and the concrete rebound curve considering water content or not are established.The error analysis results of two kinds of rebound curves show that,the rebound curve considering water content is more effective.The actual engineering test data are utilized to validate that the above research conclusion is correct.
