摘要
目前,我国许多建筑施工单位采用简易仪器设备计量混凝土的原材料,对拌制混凝土的配合比缺乏有效的监控手段,使混凝土实际配合比与设计配合比相差甚远,难以保证混凝土的质量。用材料分析法对混凝土配合比进行监督,可在混凝土初凝之前,快速准确地测定混凝土配合比的可靠性,从而保证混凝土的质量,减少工程返工和工程质量事故的发生。
Building construction enterprises use plain instruments to measure the raw material of qoncrete now in our country, which lack of effective supervision, and getting different from real mix proportion of concrete to the design, it can't guarantee concrete quality.The concrete mix proportion is supervised by material analysis method before initial setting to determinat reliability of concrete mix proportion fastly and accurately. It may reduce the rework and engineering quality accident.
