多因素耦合作用下混凝土劣化检测设备的评价 被引量:1

摘要 讨论了多因素耦合作用下混凝土劣化的检测设备,对检测系统相关的多因素参数、软件系统、数据的自动采集能力、操作自动化程度、加载装置进行了评价。得到如下结论:检测设备应将荷载、钢筋锈蚀、冻融循环等因素列入检测范围;检测系统要具有相配套的软件以及数据自动采集能力,良好的操作自动化程度,要注重加载装置的稳定性、耐久性、量程范围与荷载的恒定保持能力。 Concrete deterioration testing equipment under multi-factor action is disscused,and the multi-factor parameters, software system, the capability of automatic date collection,the degree of automatization of operations and loading equipment were estimated.The conclusions were as fellow:the testing equipment should include loading, steel corrosion, freezing and thawing cycle and other factors in the scope of the testing;Testing system shall match the software as well as automatic data collection capabilities,a good degree of automation of operations,it is necessary to pay attention to the stability,durability and loading range of the load equipment, and ability to maintain a constant load.
