摘要
阐述了混凝土板块的现场破碎、再生混合料设计、路面结构设计、结构层间水的排除、混凝土路面就地冷再生等五个方面的冷再生技术。通过上海朱枫公路改建工程实例,介绍了路面结构组合设计方案、摊铺和碾压、养生和开放交通等操作方法。混凝土路面就地冷再生技术是混凝土路面改建的新技术,有着较好的环保效益和社会效益。
There were 5 points of cold recycling technology mentioned in the paper including situ breaking of concrete plate, renewable mixture design, pavement structure design, drainage of interlayer water and concrete pavement cold-in-place recycling. With the background of Shanghai Zhufeng Highway Reconstruction Project, its pavement structure composite design plan, the detailed operation mode of paving & rolling, maintenance and service have been introduced. The cold-in-place recycling technology of concrete pavement has been regarded as the good reconstruction technology with excellent environmental protection and social benefit.
