GTM设计的沥青混合料在高速公路中的应用

On Asphalt Mixture Designed by GTM Applied in the Expressway

目前高等级公路沥青路面早期损坏较为严重。分析了国内现行路面材料的马歇尔配合比设计方法的不足;详细介绍了美国工程兵团旋转试验机(GTM)用于高等级重交通路面材料设计的思路与方法。结合河北沿海高速公路实践应用GTM法沥青混合料的设计、施工和性能情况,通过总结和介绍,提出了解决重载交通下路面材料设计的建议。

At present, the high-class highway's asphalt pavement faces the serious early damage. The insufficiency of Marshall mix design method to pavement material currently has been analyzed, while the idea and method of GTM used in high-class heavy-duty transportation pavement material have been presented in detail. Combined with the case of Hebei coastal expressway, its design, construction and service performance of GTM have been summarized and introduced, then, the authors made suggestions to resolve the issue under the heavy-duty transportation.
