自来水厂是耗能大户,能耗主要是电能消耗在出水泵运行上。通过对水泵的选型、安装、使用、维护的分析,旨在使水泵综合管理工作能科学和合理,从而提高水泵运行效率。这样才能实现水泵在满足管网安全供水的前提下,达到较佳的运行工况,减少无谓能源消耗。

The waterworks requires large quantities of energy, and its effluent pump requires major electrical energy. Aiming to make the pump integrated management scientifically and reasonably and promote its running efficiency, the analysis of the type selection, installation, application and maintenance about the effluent pump was finished. According to the results of this analysis report, the pump could arrive at the excellent running condition, save electrical energy and meet the demand of safe water supply, meanwhile.
