结合工作实践,简述了建设工程总承包模式的现实意义及总承包的优点。介绍了工程总承包模式下设计阶段造价控制方法和运用价值工程法时应注意的问题。指出在工程设计、采购、施工、试运行的全过程中,通过工程项目集成管理平台,实现工程造价的集成管理。

Combined with the working practice, the realistic meaning and advantages of main contract mode have been made a brief summary. The pricing controlling method of the design phase under the main contract mode and several problems appeared in value engineering method have been presented. During the general process of engineering design, buying, construction and test run, engineering project integrated management platform is proved to realize the project pricing integrated management successfully.
