On Construction Technology of the Deep Foundation Pit

摘要 36层超高层建筑为框架核心筒结构,工程基坑大致成方形(80m×92m),基坑挖土深度15~20m,其中核心筒电梯井深坑开挖深度19.15~20.25m。基坑西北侧为正在运营中的轨道交通4号线,距离基坑最近处约为10m;东侧为拟建的轨道交通10号线,其上行线距离基坑最近处约6m;基坑周边还有不少地下管线。为保证基坑周边环境安全所采取的一系列技术措施,如地下连续墙两侧用三轴搅拌桩护壁;基坑内设置中隔墙;增设井点进行降水等,取得了较好的效果。 There is a case of a 36 layers super tall building with the structure of steel frames and concrete coretubes in the paper. Its foundation pit is a square roughly with the size of 80 m×92 m, the excavation depth of 15-20 m, and the elevator well excavation depth is about 19.15-20.25 m. In the northwest of the foundation pit, Metro 4 has entered into business state, and the minimum distance is about 10 m. Moreover, Metro 10 will be built in the east of the foundation pit and the minimum distance between its upline and the foundation pit is only 6 m. To guarantee the project surrounding enviroment, several technology measures have been adopted to gain good effects, including three-axis mixing pile fitted in the two sides of diaphragm wall, midboard set up in the foundation pit and well-points added up to dewatering.
