Study on Sustainable Development of Hangzhou Lighting Project

杭州市亮灯工程是加快城市建设、推动现代服务业发展的总体目标。通过分析亮灯工程的特点,结合杭州市城市的实际情况,剖析杭州市亮灯工程的现状与存在的问题,从制订具有法律效能的总体规划、将照明融入周围环境、明确监管模式、合理界定招投标起标点、强化养护管理、重视亮灯工程的日间审美效果等6个方面提出了杭州市亮灯工程可持续发展的对策建议。

Hangzhou Lighting project is aiming to speed up the urban construction, to promote the modern service industry. Through the analysis of its characteristics and the practical situation of Hangzhou, the lighting project's existing problems have been mentioned in this paper. The author has applied a lot of countermeasures to keep the sustainable development of the lighting project from 6 aspects such as making lawful general layout, lighting being a part of surroundings, clearing monitoring model, improving maintenance management, defining the beginning mark of bid and emphasizing daytime aesthetic effect of the lighting.
