硼酸和乙醇对唐菖蒲切花保鲜效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以"青骨红"唐菖蒲为供试材料,以4%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+20 mg/L 6-BA+0.1%矮壮素为母液,与不同浓度的硼酸和乙醇配成保鲜液。通过试验的观察与比较,添加硼酸的保鲜液配方其唐菖蒲切花瓶插寿命较母液有明显的延长,添加硼酸的处理保鲜效果优于添加乙醇的,两者的保鲜效果较传统含AgNO3的保鲜剂好。综合考虑,以4%蔗糖+300 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+150mg/L硼酸+20 mg/L 6-BA+0.1%矮壮素的保鲜效果较佳,瓶插寿命达到13.5 d。 Taking the cut gladiolus "Qing gu hong" as tested materials, 4 % sucrose + 300 mg / L 8- HQS + 20 mg / L 6-BA + 0. 1% CCC as mother solution, and mixing with different concentrations of boric acid and ethanol as preservative solution, the experiment was carried out. By the observation and comparison, the results showed that the preservative solution added in boric acid could prolong the vase life of the cut gladiolus prominently compared with the mother solution. The preservative effects of the two treatments with boric acid and ethanol was better than that with traditional preservative AgNO3. By comprehensive consideration, the preservative solution mixed with 4 % sucrose + 300 g / L (8-HQS) + 150 mg / Lboric acid + 20 mg / L (6-BA) + 0.1% CCC got better preservative effects, and the vase life of the cut gladiolus reached 13.5 d.
