雌、孕激素对早孕蜕膜基质细胞中Mig和IP-10表达的影响

摘要 母胎平衡机制一直是生殖研究领域的热点和难点之一。有研究证实,母胎界面中表达的趋化因子-趋化因子受体系统在保持母胎平衡中起重要作用。CXC类趋化因子Mig和IP-10在早孕蜕膜上皮及基质细胞中高表达,其表达变化与蜕膜中免疫细胞聚集和滋养细胞生物学行为有关。调控母胎界面中趋化因子表达的机制目前尚不完全清楚,性激素是调控母胎平衡的主要内分泌因素,本研究通过观察雌、孕激素对早孕蜕膜基质细胞中Mig、IP-10表达的影响,进一步揭示Mig和TP-10在母胎平衡中的作用。
