Value of MRI with LAVA Technigue in the Diagnosis of Malignant and Benign Lesions of the Liver

摘要 目的探讨1.5TMR肝脏三维容积快速扫描(LAVA)技术在肝脏良、恶性病变中的应用价值。资料与方法对78例肝脏病变患者分别进行平扫和LAVA扫描,观察LAVA各期的影像表现,分析病灶的强化规律及血供关系。结果78例中53例拟诊为恶性肿瘤,与手术、穿刺病理结果及实验室检查比较,诊断符合率为96.2%(51/53);25例良性患者诊断符合率为92%(23/25)。结论LAVA技术能够清晰地显示肝脏病变的各期动态变化及血供,结合平扫,对肝脏良、恶性病变的定性诊断以及治疗有重要指导意义。 Objective Our objective was to assess the application value of the liver aquisition with volume acceleration (LAVA) technique in differentiating malignant from benign lesions of the liver, performed on a 1.5T MR unit. Materials and Methods Seventy eight patients with liver disease underwent MRI with both conventional liver sequences and the LA- VA technique. The LAVA images at various phases were carefully observed to analyse intensity changes and blood supply details. Results Among 53 cases with MR diagnosis of malignant hepatic lesions, the diagnoses of 51 cases were verified by operative and pathological findings. Only two cases were misinterpreted as harbouring benign hepatic lesions. The rate of correct diagnosis was 96.23%. Among 25 cases with MR diagnosis of benign hepatic lesions, the diagnoses of 23 cases were verified by pathological findings. Only two cases were misinterpreted. The rate of correct diagnosis was 92%. Conclusion LAVA technigque combined with conventional liver sequences is very helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant and benign lesions of the liver.
