腹部淋巴管瘤的CT及MR表现

CT and MRI Findings of Abdominal Lymphangioma

目的探讨腹部淋巴管瘤(lymphangioma,LA)的CT及MRI诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的腹部LA的CT及MRI表现。结果5例中肠系膜3例,腹膜后2例,表现为跨区、沿组织间隙适形性生长的囊袋状病灶,壁薄、光滑,囊及囊壁无明显强化。1例见肠系膜血管征伴周缘多发滋养血管。结论CT及MRI对腹部LA的诊断具有重要价值,联合应用有助于提高其诊断准确性。

Objective To evaluate CT and MRI diagnostic value of the abdominal lymphangioma （LA）. Materials and Methods CT and MRI findings of five cases of the abdominal lymphangioma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results In five cases, three cases were located at mesenteric and two cases at retroperitoneal. All the lesions growed along the tissue spaces, shaped like capsules, thin-walled, smooth, and the capsule wall had no significant enhancement. One cases of mesentery enhancement sign with multiple peripheral vascular nourishment. Conclusion CT and MRI were very useful in diagnosing abdominal lymphangioma, the combination were helpful for improving the accuracy of diagnosis.
