儿童急性白血病基因表达谱分析及其研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 急性白血病(AL)是儿童时期最常见的血液系统肿瘤,近年来,随着诊疗技术的不断进步,儿童白血病的治疗效果已经有了显著的提高,急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)的长期无事件生存率(EFS)在75%以上,急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)的长期EFS达到50%左右。这些治疗结果归功于对白血病的正确诊断、分型和化疗方案的逐步改进。当前对白血病的诊断方法主要采用形态学(M)、免疫学(I)、细胞遗传学(C)、分子生物学(MB),即MICM诊断方法。采用MICM分型方法,能对大多数病例进行有效的诊断分型,并进行分层治疗,取得了令人鼓舞的结果。但当前采用的诊断分型方法还不能满足临床的需要,仍有20%左右的ALL和50%以上的AML患者无法进行有效分层并接受合适的治疗方案,有必要寻找新的诊断分析方法。近年来的研究表明,基因表达谱(geneexpressionprofiling)分析已经在白血病的诊断、治疗、发生发展及其生物学特征分析中发挥了积极的作用。
