摘要 在颅面部发育早期,来自前脑、中脑及后脑的颅神经嵴细胞迁移至鼻突及上下颌突,分化为第一鳃弓间充质细胞,继而形成原发性及继发性软骨.通过膜内成骨和软骨内成骨形成颅面骨。其中上颌骨和下颌骨体通过膜内成骨形成,下颌支及髁突通过软骨内成骨形成。
