乳腺癌和癌旁组织中hK11的表达及其与临床病理学特征的相关性

摘要 目的:探讨人组织激肽释放酶11(hK11)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的相关性.方法:采用SP免疫组织化学染色方法检测86例乳腺癌组织及癌旁5cm非恶性乳腺组织中hK11的表达情况,并分析其与乳腺癌组织临床病理学特征之间的关系.结果:hK11在乳腺癌细胞的细胞质中有表达,阳性率为76%(65/86);在癌旁非恶性乳腺组织腺泡上皮细胞以及导管上皮细胞的细胞质中表达,阳性率为19%(16/86).乳腺癌细胞表达阳性率与癌旁乳腺组织中上皮细胞表达的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).hK11在乳腺癌组织中的表达与病理类型(P<0.01)、临床TNM分期(P<0.01)、腋窝淋巴结转移情况(P<0.05)、HER-2(P<0.05)有关,而与患者年龄、肿块大小、ER、PR及是否绝经无关.结论:hK11的表达可能在乳腺癌的发生、浸润、转移中起重要作用. AIM:To investigate the expression of hK11 in primary breast cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance in elinicopathological status of patients with primary breast cancer. METHODS: Eighty-six patients with primary breast cancer were examined for hK11 protein expression by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The positive rate of hKll was respectively 76% (65/86) in the cytoplasm of tumor cells and 19% (16/86) in the adjacent non-malignant tissues, with a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of hK11 was positively correlated with the TNM stage of the breast cancer ( P 〈 0.01 ) , the percentage of involved lymph nodes ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and HER-2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant correlation was found between the expression of hK11 and the age, the tumor size, ER, PR and menopause. CONCLUSION: The expression of hK11 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of primary breast cancer.
