摘要
采用浇注成型工艺,制备了碳纤维/硫铝酸盐水泥复合材料(CFSC);研究了干燥处理对CF-SC电阻率和压阻特性的影响.结果表明:干燥处理使得CFSC电阻率有所增加,内部水分导电通路减少,同时引起CFSC干缩和孔隙率增加.CFSC内部水分导电通路减少及材料孔隙率增加会降低CFSC的压阻特性;而干缩则可提高CSFC的隧穿效应,致使其压阻特性提高.综合几种因素的作用可以发现,干燥处理将使CFSC压阻特性的变化幅度有所降低.
Carbon fiber/sulphoaluminate cement composites(CFSC) were prepared by casting process. The influences of drying treatment on the resistivity and piezo-resistivity effect of CFSC were studied. The experiment results indicate that the resistivity of CFSC increases with time of drying treatment. The electrically conductive channels of water decrease with the drying treatment time. Drying treatment causes the drying shrinkage and the increase of pore volume in CFSC. The piezo-resistivity effect of CFSC decreases due to the decrease of water electrical connection and the increase of pore volume. On the other hand, the drying shrinkage enhances the piezo-resistivity effect of CFSC. The change of piezo-resistivity effect de- creases under the drying treatment.
