纳米TiO_2/PP-R树脂复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了纳米TiO2的改性以及改性后的纳米TiO2对PP-R树脂的力学性能、耐热性能和紫外老化性能的影响.结果表明:用6%(质量分数,下同)包膜剂进行硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2具有较好的分散性能;与纯PP-R树脂相比,添加4%经硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2时,纳米TiO2/PP-R树脂复合材料性能有较大提高,其热变形温度由72℃提高到92℃,断裂伸长率由45%提高到90%;纳米TiO2/PP-R树脂复合材料的力学性能、熔融温度等随紫外照射时间延长而下降的趋势明显低于纯PP-R树脂,说明纳米TiO2可大幅提高复合材料的紫外老化性能. The performances of polypropylene random(PP-R) resin were improved through adding the ana- tase titanium dioxide. The modification process of nano-TiO2 and the influence of nano-TiOz on the performances of PP-R resin, such as mechanical properties, thermal properties and ultraviolet(UV) aging behavior were investigated. The results show that the nano-TiO2 modified with 6%(by mass) Na2SiO3 possesses better dispersing character. Compared with pure PP-R resin, the performances of PP-R with 4 % (by mass) modified nano-TiO2 added was improved significantly. The heat distortion temperature was improved from 72℃ to 92℃ and the maximum elongation was improved from 45% to 90%. The results also show that adding nano-TiO2 can improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of PP-R greatly. The properties of nano-TiO2/PP-R composites after exposure under UV such as the mechanical and thermal properties were much better than that of pure PP-R resin.
