摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂对橡胶粉进行预处理,再用此橡胶粉改性沥青.为评价硅烷偶联剂对橡胶沥青性能的影响,采用4种剂量的偶联剂(偶联剂质量分别占橡胶粉质量的0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)、1种橡胶粉(粒径0.301 mm,质量分数为15%)和1种基质沥青配制了4种橡胶沥青.以软化点、60℃黏度、延度、低温蠕变劲度模量、针入度指数和上下软化点之差为评价指标,研究了硅烷偶联剂对橡胶沥青高温性能、低温性能、温度敏感性及储存稳定性的影响.结果表明:采用经硅烷偶联剂预处理的橡胶粉可以明显提高橡胶沥青的高温性能,降低其温度敏感性,而对橡胶沥青的低温性能基本无影响;橡胶沥青的储存稳定性得到了显著改善.
Crumb rubber modifier(CRM) was pretreated with silane coupling agent and then used to modify asphalt. To evaluate the effect of silane coupling agent on the properties of asphalt-rubber(AR) binders, four AR binders were produced in laboratory using four use levels of coupling agent(0, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% by mass of CRM) with a CRM(0.301 mm and 15% content) and a base asphalt binder. Using softening point, viscosity at 60℃, ductility, low temperature creep stiffness modulus, penetration index and softening point difference as evaluation parameters, the effect of silane coupling agent on high and low temperature properties, temperature susceptibility and storage stability of AR binders was studied. The results show that the pretreatment of CRM with silane coupling agent can significantly improve high temperature properties and storage stability, and lower temperature susceptibility, but has little effect on low-temperature performance of AR.
