摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱法测定天然原料中香豆素的方法。以无水乙醇作溶剂,超声萃取5min,萃取液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用配置TUV检测器的超高效液相色谱仪于274nm波长下对6种天然原料中香豆素进行测定,结果表明:香豆素在0.5~8.0μg间呈线性关系(R=0.9999)。相对标准偏差为1.06%,回收率在97.3%~99.0%之间,检测限为11.02ng/g。
A method of determination of coumarin in natural raw materials with UPLC was established. The samples were extracted with ethanol under ultrasonic for 5 min, filtered with 0.22 /Lm filter membrane, then detected by UPLC with TUV at 274 nm, respectively. The results showed: the linear range was 0. 5 ~8. 0 μg (R = 0. 9999) for coumarin, the RSD was 1.06% ,the recovery was from 97.3% to 99. 0%, and the limit of detection was 11.02 ng/g.
