摘要 代谢综合征是一组以多种代谢性疾病合并出现为临床特点的临床症候群。建立适合的MS动物模型对研究代谢性疾病的发病机理和相关药物筛选有十分重要的意义。本文就目前MS实验动物模型的建立做一综述,并对其进行评价。 Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a group of clinical syndromes,and it is characteristic as a combination of several kinds of metabolic disorders.It is of great significance to establish suitable animal models of MS on research of pathogenesis and related drug screening for metabolic diseases.This article introduces a review and evaluation of the current laboratory animal models of metabolic syndrome.
