摘要 弥漫性轴索损伤是脑外伤的严重类型,也是影像学诊断的难点。随着软硬件的更新和新序列的研发应用,MRI在弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断中起着越来越重要的作用。本文将磁共振成像各个序列对弥漫性轴索损伤的应用情况综述如下。 Diffuse axonal injury (DM) is a serious type of traumatic brain injury and also a nodus of imaging diagnosis. With updates of the hardware and software and new sequence application, MRI plays more and more important role in diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury. In this paper, the application of various magnetic resonance sequences in diagnosis of DAI are summarized below.
