从视标增率和记录方法看视力表设计中的核心问题

Critical issues in recording method and optotype increment during visual acuity chart design

本研究通过概括视力表视标增率的发展以及目前多数国家正在使用的各种记录方法的特点,来探讨对数视力表设计中的核心问题,如:视标增率(10^(1/10)),记录方法(lgα和5-lgα),从而阐明缪天荣教授设计的对数视力表在核心问题处理上的合理性和科学性。

This study reviews some critical issues confronted in the use of optotype increment and record method during the design of logarithmic visual acuity chart. The feasibility and rationale for increment （10√10） to be used for optotype of visual target lines, and lgα and 5-lgα to be used as a record method are also discussed.
