摘要
本文围绕提高金属镀层的耐蚀性能,综述了目前热点研究的耐蚀性能优异的Zn基合金镀层及其国际最新研究进展和发展趋势。内容包括:组分的优选,制备工艺的优化,新型制备方法的尝试及对镀层耐蚀机理的分析。此外还介绍了本课题组近几年来使用组合材料芯片技术快速制备和筛选Zn基耐蚀合金镀层所取得的成果。本文还展望了Zn基耐蚀合金镀层的未来研究发展方向。
Research progresses in some hot topics on anti-corrosion zinc-based alloy coatings were introduced and reviewed, mainly focusing on their protective properties. The aspects of progresses include optimization of new chemical composition, modification of manufacture processes, trial of new preparation methods, and further explanation of anti- corrosion mechanism. The research results about optimization of anti-corrosion zinc-based alloy films by a combinatorial material chip technology in our research group are also reported for a fast screening purpose. At the end of this paper, the prospective developments of the related zinc-based alloy research are extensively overviewed.
