摘要
顶驱中心管螺纹连接的可靠与否影响到钻井安全。采用有限元法对中心管在预紧和额定载荷2种工况下的应力应变特性进行了研究,得出中心管的等效应力分布及在各危险截面上定义的路径的应力分布曲线。结果表明,在2种载荷工况下,中心管各啮合螺纹仍然具有承受载荷的能力,但载荷分布的不均匀性对螺纹接头的连接性能有重要影响,部分螺牙的等效应力和接触压应力均较高,有可能导致粘扣或屈服破坏。
During petroleum drilling, the reliability of threaded coupling in center pipe directly decides the working of top drive. Using FEA, a study of the stress-strain properties of the center pipe under the pre-tightening load and the guarantee load was made. It obtained the distribution of equivalent effective stress and the stress envelope of the paths defined on dangerous cross-sections. Result showed that central pipe could not be destroyed under the two kinds of load forms. But non-uniformity of load could significantly affect the connection behavior of threaded coupling. The stress of some threads root was oversized, so that the threads gluing or yielded failure possibly occurred.
