摘要 随着螺杆泵采油技术的应用,抽油杆柱的偏磨现象日趋严重。分析了螺杆泵抽油杆柱的受力,建立了抽油杆柱的转子动力学模型,采用轴承单元和空间梁单元进行仿真。结合La10-2435井的井身结构和ANSYS分析结果给出了较合理的扶正器布置方案。计算结果表明,该方法能够预测出抽油杆柱由于横向位移过大引起的偏磨位置。 As wide using of screw pump oil recovery technology, the problem of deviating-fraction of rod string was more and more serious. Starting from the comprehensive analysis of rod string's stress distribution, the rotor dynamics model of rod string was contribute. The simulation was carried out using bearing element and space beam element. Combining the La10-2435 well structure and the result of ANSYS analysis, a case of centralizer mount position which is more reasonable was provided. The calculated results indicate that this method could mainly predict eccentric wear position where transverse displacement was larger.
