摘要 常规射孔弹射孔深度小,低渗层射孔后完善程度低,难以对目的层定向,压裂、酸化等常规改造措施在长庆油田的应用也存在一定局限性。为了解决上述技术难题,2007年长庆油田引进了水力喷射水平钻孔技术。该工艺利用高压射流的水力破岩作用,在油层中的不同方向上钻出多个直径达φ50.8 mm(2英寸)的水平小井眼,从而增加原井眼的泄流半径,达到增加原油产量的目的。现场应用表明,该技术能够突破常规改造工艺的局限,增产效果明显。 There are many problems in ordinary perforation, including small shot depth, low completeness after perforation in low permeability reservoir and difficulties of orientation to the selective zone. Moreover, there are also certain limitations in the ordinary stimulation in Changqing oil-field. In order to solve these technical problems, horizontal borehole technology by hydraulic jetting was applied in Changqing oil-field in 2007. This technology could drill many horizontal boreholes with diameter of 2 inches in different directions of the reservoir by hydraulic fracturing effect on the high pressure spray, which could improve the crude production rate though broadening the drainage diameter of the former boreholes. The field application indicated that this technology could break through the limitations of the previous stimulation and obtain effective results, for which it is recommended to be applied extensively in the future.
