摘要
针对传统的人工及GSM短信技术抄取电压数据效率低、实时性差等缺点,成功研制了一种基于GPRS无线通讯技术的智能电压监测仪。采用TMS320F2806为核心处理器,结合模块化思想,设计了电压监测仪的硬件结构。依据多状态、多任务、多线程的软件设计思想,详细分析了GPRS模块流程,实现了系统的功能。实验与测试结果表明:该装置对电网电压的测量精度达到0.5级,完全满足工业要求,并且可靠性高,实时性强,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the disadvantages of reading meter by manual or GSM technology such as low efficiency, bad real-time capability, an intelligent voltage quality monitor device was developed. It applies TMS320F2806 as the center processor, combining with the thought of modularization, designed the hardware structures of the device. According to the multi-state, multi-task, multithreading of the software designing ideas, GPRS module was analyzed in detail and the whole system functions were realized. Experiment results show the measuring accuracy is 0.5% ,which meets the industrial requirements. With the features of real-time communication and high reliability, the device has a good application prospect.
