基于FPGA的扫频电磁场除垢仪的研制

摘要 为了解决管道结垢引起的设备腐蚀问题,对各种除垢方法进行了研究,采用了环保节能的电磁场除垢方式,利用FPGA设计并实现了扫频电磁场除垢仪。该仪器能够产生单周期、相位连续的扫频方波信号,扫频方波信号的频率步进小,能够覆盖任何水质条件下水分子的自然频率。经过验证,该仪器具有较好的除垢防垢效果。 In order to solve the problem of equipment corrosion caused by scale fouling in the pipeline, variety of cleaning methods were studied. The usage of the electromagnetic field was adapted to deal with scale in pipeline, which was environment protective and energy saving. Using FPGA design, the goal of anti-scaling in electromagnetic field achieved. The instrument can produce single-cycle, continuous-phase, square wave signal. As the frequency square wave signal can output signal, the distance between frequency of which is very close, so it can cover natural frequency of water molecules in any water quality. It is proved that it has a better anti-scaling effect.
