摘要
虚拟仪器技术是电子测量技术与计算机相融合的一项测控领域的新技术。文中提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的微分电位溶出分析测试仪器。在简要介绍其工作原理的基础上,详细论述了其软、硬件实现方法。利用LabVIEW作为开发平台,完成了分析测试仪的程序设计。在数据处理上,利用LabVIEW三次样条插值函数,用软件的方法替代硬件微分电路,实现了数值微分算法在分析测试仪上的应用。测试分析仪前面板设计有用户选项,通过设置,能够自动完成不同元素的测试及其数据分析,给现场测试带来方便。
Virtual instrument technology is an advanced technique of electronic measurement and control, which merges computer and electronic measurement technology. A differential potentiometric stripping analysis and measurement instrument based on virtual instrument was introduced. After introducing the principle of the measurement instrument, how to implement it by using software and hardware circuit were discussed. The software was designed by using LabVIEW, which was graphics programming language and integrated development workbench of virtual instrument. In data processing, the Spline Interpolant function module included in LabVIEW tools was used to implement the application of numerical differential method at the analytic instrument, which replaced hardware circuit of differential computing. User options were designed at the front panel of the measurement instrument. The different element measurement and data analysis can be done automatically through different setting, and the instrument is suitable for field test.
