摘要
为克服慢速线切割走丝系统中丝振的影响,以ATmega128单片机为核心,设计了一款慢走丝系统恒张力控制器,并给出了完整的系统构成与软硬件平台。该控制器可实现系统中反馈信号的采集、转换和处理,电机的闭环控制,从而实现恒张力控制。实验表明:该控制器体积小、运行可靠、响应速度快、移植性好,为进一步实现电火花加工中慢走丝系统恒张力控制的小型化、智能化提供了新的思路。
In order to diminish the wire vibration in the wire-feeding system of LWEDM, a constant tension controller was designed by taking the ATmega128 signal-chip computer as the core, which was produced by ATMEL Corporation. The structure and basic principle of the system were put forward, and the key points of software and hardware were designed. This controller can realize the acquisition, conversion and calculation of the system' s feedback signal, and then control the servo-motor in closed-loop so as to achieve the constant tension control. The controller is small, and has obvious reliability, good speed of response, and easy to transplant, so provides a new thought for further achieving miniaturization and intellectualization of constant tension controller in using of LWEDM.
