摘要
为了对车身高度进行精确检测,并满足客车的各种工况要求,设计了一种高度信号检测电路。该检测电路通过检测电感传感器充电时间的长短,从而间接获取车辆的高度信号。同时,为了检测环境温度对测量电路的影响,在不同的温度环境下进行了试验。试验结果表明:在28℃条件下,该检测电路的误差小于0.3 mm,而在温度上升至60℃的过程中,测量值与实际值之间的误差仍小于1.5 mm,满足了对车身高度测量的精度要求。
In order to detect vehicle body' s height accurately and satisfy the various working conditions of buses, a detecting circuit for the vehicle body' s height sensor was designed. This detecting circuit could acquire the height signal of vehicle indirectly by detecting charging time of inductance. For testing effect of environment temperature on the circuit, experiments in different temperatures were carried out. The results show that when the temperature is 28℃, the error of the detecting circuit is less than 0.3 mm, however, when the temperature goes up to 60℃, the error is less than 1.5 mm. The detecting circuit satisfies the detecting precision demand.
