摘要
研究了一种扩展气动量仪量程的方法。在差压气动测量原理基础上,通过线性化电路,对气动量仪的输出特性曲线进行了分段校正,实现了扩展量程的目的。实验证明:在保证精度的前提下,量程扩展了一倍。与其他方法相比,该方法更易实现,便于推广维护。
This paper presented a kind of method for expanding the measuring range of the pneumatic gauge. Based on the differential backpressure gas path, the linearity circuit corrected the output characteristic of the pneumatic gauge, reached the aim of expanding the measuring range. The experiment shows that the new method expands the measuring range one time under precision. Compared with the other methods, this method has the characteristic of easier realization and maintenance.
