癌症患者家庭功能与生存质量的相关性研究

Study on Correlation Between Family Function and Quality of Life of Cancer Patients

目的了解癌症患者的生存质量与家庭功能的关系,为提高癌症患者的生存质量提供依据。方法采用欧洲癌症研究治疗组织(EORTC)的癌症患者生存质量核心问卷3.0(QLQ-C30)和家庭功能APGAR问卷,对68例癌症患者的生存质量和家庭功能进行调查。结果癌症患者的总健康状况及功能维度评分显著低于常模,而症状维度评分显著高于常模,家庭功能与情绪功能呈正相关,患者家庭适应度与情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能呈正相关,家庭亲密度与社会功能呈正相关,家庭功能与患者的机体疼痛、便秘存在负相关,家庭适应度与失眠呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论癌症患者的生存质量较低,其生存质量与家庭功能密切相关。护士需有效地帮助癌症患者提高家庭支持功能,从而提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between the quality of life（QOL） and family function in cancer patients, and to provide information for improving patients＇ QOL. Methods A total of 68 cancer patients were investigated by using the EORTC QLQC30 （version 3.0 ） questionnaire and the Family APGAR index. Results The scores of general health and all functional dimensions of EORTC QLQ-C30 in cancer patients were lower than norms, while the scores of symptom dimension were higher than norms. Family function of cancer patients was positively correlated with emotional function, Adaptation of cancer patients was positively correlated with emotional function, cognitive function and social function. Family resolve of cancer patients was positively correlated with social function. Family function of cancer patients was negatively correlated with pain and constipation. Adaptation of cancer patients was negatively correlated with insomnia（P〈0. 05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The quality of life of cancer patients was less satisfactory, and was closely related to family function. Nurses should take measures to help rebuild family support in an attempt to improve cancer patients＇quality of life.
