实习护生人格特征对人际沟通能力的影响

Influence of Personality Characteristics of Nursing Interns on Interpersonal Communication Skills

目的了解实习护生人格特征对人际沟通能力的影响。方法采用中文版加利福尼亚心理调查表(CPI-RC)中的V.1(外向一内向)、V.2(常规趋间一常规异向)、V.3(自我实现)3个结构量表和带教教师对护生人际沟通评价表对475名临床实习护生进行调查。结果护生中AlPha型人格138名(29.05%),Beta型人格130名(27.37%),Gamma型人格117名(24.63%),Delta型人格90名(18.95%);其人际沟通能力总体评分为(74.00±15.55)分;不同人格特征实习护生人际沟通能力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人格特征对实习护生的人际沟通能力有影响。在实习阶段,需根据不同人格特征有针对性地培养护生的人际沟通能力。

Objective To understand the influence of personality characteristics of nursing interns on interpersonal communication skills. Methods Totally, 475 nursing interns were investigated by using the Chinese version of the psychological investigation table of Californian （CPI-RC） [including 3 structure Scales of V. 1 （within-outward）, V. 2 （between a more conventional routine to va ry）, V. 3 （self-realization） ] ,and the interpersonal communication evaluation form was used to investigate teachers＇ appraisal of the students. Results Of the students, 138 （29.05 %） had AlPha type personality, 130 （27.37 % ） Beta-type, 117 （24.630%） Gammatype, and 90（18.95%） Delta-type. The total score of students＇ interpersonal communication skills was 74.00±15.55. The scores of interpersonal communication skills among interns with different personality types were significantly different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing interns＇ personality characteristics affect their interpersonal communication ability. During the practicing stage, different measures should be targeted to nursing interns with varied personality characteristics in an attempt to improve their interpersonal communication skills.
