创设城市养老新模式——论社家养老与三社体系

To Establish a New Retirement Pattern in Cities: Discuss Society-family and Three-society System

传统的家庭养老和机构养老模式,存在着家庭养老难负其重、机构养老限制过多等明显的缺陷,不符合社会的发展、家庭的需求和老年人的愿望。因此,立足国情,我们提出了"社家养老"新的城市养老模式,以及实现该模式的逐步完善"三社"系统、建立专业服务队伍和加强宣传、营造良好舆论氛围等对策和思路。

The traditional family retirement and the organization retirement pattern have deficiencies： too heavy for the family to burden and retirement organization has too many limits and so on. Therefore they do not conform to society development, the family demand and the elder＇s desire. For this reason, we proposed four Mentalities： a society-family retirement pattern, a three-society system as a method of realizing this pattern, the establishment of professional service trooped and increased media publicity and construct a good propaganda environment.
