摘要
当今幼儿园课程改革注重教育过程。我们在对上海市幼儿园教师的访谈中发现,部分教师对该价值取向下的课程目标的存在价值产生了疑问,更多教师对过程取向课程目标的表述产生了困惑。注重教育过程不是不要课程目标,过程取向课程目标应注重行为目标,不过分追求幼儿外显的知识、技能、行为的变化,给生成性目标和表现性目标留出空间,并将这三种目标结合起来。
Today's kindergarten curriculum reform focuses on the process of education. From the interviews with some kindergarten teachers in Shanghai, we have found that some of them are suspicious of the value of curriculum objectives, and more are perplexed about the expressions of process-oriented curriculum objectives. The author believes that under the background of education process focus, objectives are not only important but also absolutely necessary. And curriculum objectives should be consistent with curriculum process-oriented value approach. It is suggested that children's external behavioral changes of knowledge and skills should not be over emphasized in order to make room for evolving and expressive objectives. And the three different expressions of objectives should be combined.
