摘要
新的教学活动没有固定的模式和方法可供借鉴,在实践中也充满着不确定性。新的教学活动若要取得理想的效果,教师需辨证理解所谓的“新”,密切关注幼儿原有的经验,熟知幼儿的学习方式,合理调整自己的期望,并采用多样化的、适合幼儿的教学方法或策略。
New teaching activity offers no fixed models and methods for teachers' reference and is flail of uncertainty in the practice. Therefore, to achieve good effects, the teacher should hold a dialectic understanding of the "new" teaching activity. He should closely observe children's experience, know their way of learning, reasonably shift: his expectations of the new teaching activity and finally, adopt diversified learning methods and strategies suitable for the children.
