摘要
以草莓鲜果为原料,运用多种制汁和澄清方法进行试验,选出了较为经济、快速、实用的制汁技术和澄清技术,本文同时提出了生产草莓清汁的最佳工艺要点。
Rapid,practical and economical juicing and defecating technology of fresh strawberry fruits has been selected through experiments and tests.The optium process of producing purified juice is also given out.
