模式植物拟南芥的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)为十字花科拟南芥属草本植物。由于具有植株小、每代时间短、结子多、生活力强等优点,自20世纪80年代中期,经济价值甚微的拟南芥便被广泛应用于植物学的各项研究中。尤其是近年来,拟南芥在植物科学的研究中越来越被重视,它已成为一种典型的“模式”植物,被誉为植物界的“果蝇”。本文就拟南芥的生物学特性、在植物科学研究中的应用以及其基因组计划作一简介。
