白细胞介素-4修饰骨肉瘤SAOS-2细胞在SCID小鼠体内基因免疫治疗的研究

摘要 骨肉瘤是青少年最常见的恶性骨肿瘤,其恶性度高,转移快,疗效低,是骨科的棘手难题。白细胞介素(IL)-4是一种具有多种生物学调节功能的细胞因子,它对几乎所有从造血干细胞分化衍生来的细胞都有作用。我们应用体外基因重建构建负载IL4的真核表达载体pcDNA3.1,转染骨肉瘤细胞SAOS-2,接种SCID小鼠,观测其对骨肉瘤的成瘤影响。
