摘要
使用了一套树脂评价方法,包括水力悬浮分级、理论塔板数的测定和色谱展开数学表达式,能有效地评价糖的色谱行为,从而大大地提高试验的效率。
A method for evaluation of chromatographic separation in up scale including the cyclone fractionation of ion exchange resin, estimation of the colunm efficiency and mathematical expresions for the process of chromatographic separation of saccharides was provided for the purpose of improvement of experiments.
