摘要
研究了米胚芽油的超监界CO2萃取工艺。探讨了操作压力、温度、时间、CO2流量对得油率的影响,制定了米胚芽油的质量指标。
Extraction the oil from rice plumule with supercritical carbon dioxide was studied.The effects of pressure 、temperature、time、 flow of CO 2 on the extract ratio were investigated. Product quality standards and optimum extraction conditions were established.
