摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济日益国际化,进出口额每年都保持大幅上涨。但开放在促进劳动要素和资本要素自由流动的同时,带给不同要素所有者的利益是不同的。开放带来的好处不会自动惠及每一个阶层,它所带来的收益也不会自动平均分配给每一个劳动力要素所有者。开放会加速各要素所有者间的收入差距。
After opening to outside world,China's economy is being involved in the world and its exporting volume is increasing annually.While promoting free movement of labor and capital,opening to outside world brings different benefits to different owners of factors and to different levels of society.It can widen the income gap among different owners of factors.
