果树的组织培养技术及其应用探讨

组织培养技术是近代生物科学发展起来的一门最成熟也是应用最广泛的技术，是生物技术的主要组成部分。该技术主要是在组培室中进行快繁脱毒和工厂化的规模生产。自从问世以来，对农作物、蔬菜、果树、花卉以及药用植物的新品种培育、品种脱毒、提纯复壮、快速无性繁殖及扩大种苗生产等各个方面均产生了划时代影响。笔者主要就其在果树方面的应用进行了综述。
